Configuring your AzNET Email Account with Forte Agent
1. Open your Forte Agent program.
3. Scroll down to and select the "User and System Profile" selection.
4. In this new window enter the apropriate information in the following areas: Email Address, Full name, Organization, and Reply To:.
5. Once you have done this click the "System" tab.

1. Enter the apropriate information in the following areas.
2. Make sure the "Send email messages with SMTP" has a dot next to it.
3. Enter the apropriate outgoing mailserver name for your account in the field labelled "Email Server:"
4. The next thing to do is click the "SMTP Authentication..." button.
Next...
1. Enter the apropriate information in the following areas.
2. Make sure that "Login with a username and password" has a dot next to it.
3. Make sure there is not a check mark in the box labelled "Use POP username and password".
4. Enter your email username(without the @aznet.net) in the field labelled "Username:".
5. Place a check mark in the box labelled "Remember password between sessions".
6. Enter your email password in the field labelled "Password:".
7. When you have finshed entering this information click the "OK" button.
8. You should now be back to the "System" window.
9. At this time click the "OK" button once again.
1. You will now be at the main Agent screen.
2. Click on the "options" menu.
3. Scroll down to and select the "Inbound Email" selection.
4. Enter the apropriate information in the following areas.
5. Make sure the "Receive email with POP" option has a dot next to it.
6. In the field labelled "POP Server:" enter the apropriate incoming mail server name for your account.
7. Make sure the "Login with a username and password" option has a dot next to it.
8. Make sure the box labelled "Use APOP if supported by the server" does not have a check mark in it.
9. In the field labelled "Username:" enter your email username (without the @znet.com, or such extension).
10. Make sure to place a check mark next to the box labelled "Remember password between sessions".
11. Do not place a check mark next to the "Login with Secure Password Authentication" option.
12. Do not place a check mark next to the "Receive email with SMTP" option.
