A few words about Technical Support:
zNET offers 888 (toll free) voice and email support for initial configuration. Configuration is limited to one computer and one user per account. zNET technical support does not provide general Internet software help or network advice.
Email is monitored continuously and phone calls are returned within 24 hours. Focus is on connectivity to our system and email for the software in our starter kits.
A call back within 24 hours is our guarantee but most calls are returned within a few hours. Email is answered promptly with extended hours. Support is staffed "live" 7 days a week but when you call if our technicians are talking to other users you will go into a voice mail queuing system. Each technician will check messages and than make return calls. Be sure to leave a day and evening method of contact.Please DO NOT contact TNS for tech support with AzNET accounts. TNS will not have your account information.
